EasyJet flight heading to UK diverted after suspected homemade bomb reported on board

An easyJet flight heading into Bristol in the UK was diverted to an airport in Europe after a suspected IED was reported on board, officials say.

The easyJet Flight 6276 was flying from Krakow in Poland, to Bristol in the UK, when a report of a suspected improvised explosive device (IED), or homemade bomb, was made on board.

Czech police confirmed their "pyrotechnicians" were at the scene and investigating the reported explosive.
