PizzaExpress is introducing two seasonal specials with a citrus twist. Launching on Tuesday, June 20, for a limited time only are the La Cubana pizza topped with lime and Pizza Pal Float.
The La Cubana pizza features Cuban pulled pork and roasted peppers topped with tomato, red onion, fresh coriander and a wedge of lime.
The Pizza Pal Float is PizzaExpress Pizza Pal ale poured over a scoop of lime and basil sorbet.
PizzaExpress Food & Beverage Director Jane Treasure said: “Dinnertime should be showtime and with the introduction of our La Cubana pizza and Pizza Pal Float, this summer we’re serving up the stars of the show right on your plate. Using only the freshest of ingredients to create a crescendo of flavour, we can’t wait to welcome customers to enjoy a taste of summer at PizzaExpress.”
La Cubana can be enjoyed both in PizzaExpress restaurants or via delivery.
