Piotr Zielinksi on West Ham radar as David Moyes ponders £40m move for Napoli midfielder

Italian media outlets claim West Ham United boss David Moyes is chasing £40 million-rated Napoli midfielder Piotr Zielinski.

Tuttomercatoweb claim the Hammers have asked Napoli to name their price for Zielinski and the Poland international would only be allowed to leave for offers upwards of their price tag.

Zielinski, 28, is under contract until June 2024 with an option to renew for another 12 months, and has previously been linked with Liverpool.

He has been a consistent performer since leaving Udinese for £14m in the summer of 2016, but he is believed to fancy a crack at Premier League football.

Barcelona have made their move to hijack boy wonder and Liverpool transfer target Endrick Felipe.

The Palmeiras striker, who only turned 16 on Thursday, has scored 170 goals in 172 youth age-group games and is rated one of the hottest prospects in South America.

Remarkably, despite his tender age, Felipe's contract with the Brazilian club has a £55 million release clause which expires in 2025 – even though he has never played a game at senior level.

But according to Catalan daily publication Sport, Barcelona have made contact with Palmeiras to try and clinch first refusal on the teenager, who is now eligible to sign his first professional contract in Brazil after turning 16.

Scouts from several English clubs – headed by Liverpool, but with Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea all in the chase – have been keeping tabs on Felipe.

Juventus will try and re-sign former Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata from Atletico Madrid before the transfer window closes, according to a report on Tuttojuve.

The Old Lady are on the trail of Eintracht Frankfurt forward Filip Kostic, who helped the German club beat West Ham and Rangers to lift the Europa League trophy.

But if they fail to land Kostic, the Italians may look for another loan deal to bring Morata back to Turin, where the Spanish centre-forward scored 32 goals in 66 starts in his second spell with Juve.

Meanwhile, Inter Milan coach Simone Inzaghi has turned his atention to Fiorentina defender Nikola Milenkovic after missing out on Torino's Gleison Bremer.

As revealed by Italian paper Tuttosport, Bremer is heading for Juventus – and Inzaghi has wasted no time in looking to Serbian international Milenkovic as an alternative.
