Bristol's Park Street may just seem like a huge hill that's a mission to climb but locals will know it's so much more. The road that joins the City Centre and Clifton's Whiteladies Road is a goldmine for foodies.
It boasts everything from chains to small indie gems but the best of all are all of the havens for sweet treats. From ice cream to dreamy chocolate cakes - Park Street has it all.
Walking up the hill is exhausting enough, so it's only right that there's a reward along the way! Here's are some of the best spots for sweet treats on Park Street.

Pinkmans
85 Park St, Bristol BS1 5PJ
Are you really Bristolian if you haven't visited Pinkmans bakery? They're best known for their sour-dough-nuts but they have it all. From lunch time offerings to cakes, pastries and coffee.
Whether you want to sit in for a catch-up with friends or grab some freshly baked goods to go; Pinkmans are perfect.
Mrs Potts
50 Park St, Bristol BS1 5JN
Mrs Potts is Bristol's very own chocolate factory. They boast everything a chocolate lover could dream of, from milkshakes to huge cakes.
Their cookie sandwich is an absolute favourite of mine and they have options for the vegans amongst us too! I'd recommend their cookies and cream milkshake to anyone.
Swoon
Swoon is Bristol's very own gelato giant and their treats will make you do exactly as their name says. Their flavour choices are endless - always making it impossible to choose.
They've won many an award and rightly so! On a sunny day you'll see crowds at the doors and on a colder day - they're still serving gelato by the cone to passer-by's who just can't say no.
Cowbee
24 College Green, Bristol BS1 5TB
Cowbee are best known for their delicious waffles, which from first hand experience I can claim are flawless. They have a range of flavours - from strawberry to Biscoff and there's always delicious creamy ice-cream on the side.
They also serve impressive milkshakes and have recently launched gourmet burgers - which our food critic Mark Taylor claims are Bristol's best.
