Sunderland is set to swap red and white for Pink again this evening as the singer embarks on her second Summer Carnival date in the city.
Pink wowed audiences at the Stadium of Light on Saturday night with a performance that enjoyed her flying across the home of Sunderland AFC, and acrobatics on wires tens of feet above the crowd. One fan wasn't missing it for the world, arriving hours before many would be yawning and stretching from a Sunday morning lie-in.
Stacey Bell camped out since 5am on Sunday in the hope of getting to the front to see her idol, and not for the first time this week! Pink has been in the UK for a few days now, having already played two dates at the University of Bolton Stadium in Bolton earlier this week.

And Stacey met her there, with the pair talking about tattoos and Pink's kids. Stacey said: "If someone told me this time last week that I'd meet Pink I'd be crying.
"She walked in the room and made you feel so at home straight away. She was so lovely, engaging and normal, very down to earth."
Stacey has followed Pink's music from a young age, and says that she's grown with the artist. She continued: "Initially 20 years ago, I resonated with the words of all her songs and they just made me want to get up and live my best life.
"And as she's gone on, I feel like I've grown with her and the way she feels about the world and has had children, she's just an amazing woman."
Stacey is one of many fans who has travelled to Sunderland from other parts of the country, with ChronicleLive speaking to concertgoers who had travelled from Inverness and Barnsley on Sunday. One punter had even named her daughter Alecia after Pink's real name - Alecia Moore!
