Singer P!nk has revealed she once sliced under her fingernail while attempting to make a simple snack and was left needing hospital treatment.
The hitmaker who is currently celebrating the release of her ninth studio album Trustfall, recently left Jessie Ware and her mum stunned by the revelation.
While the 43-year-old often remains private, she previously opened up in her self-titled Pink: All I Know So Far, Amazon Prime documentary which cast insight into her life behind closed doors.
But while the singer opts to live a very traditional life when she's not touring across the globe, it comes with several challenges.
Speaking on Jessie Ware's Table Manners podcast, the singer recalled: "I was trying to make a grilled cheese, I make homemade sourdough.
"I was trying to make Willow her favourite grilled cheese sourdough and I took the bread knife and went straight down underneath my beautiful nail."
The mum-of-two continued: "I had to go the hospital and they didn't even, they wouldn't give me a stitch.
"My husband drove me and I was like 'they wouldn't even give me a stitch', it hurt, I thought my finger was going to fall off."
P!nk revealed she started making sourdough during the lockdown period and called her baked creation "Quarantina".
But while she and Willow relax at home, the singer recently revealed that her daughter has a full-time job while on the road with her famous mum and even earns a wage for it.
Speaking on TODAY, the star said: "We just had to go over minimum wage and it's different state to state, I said it's about $22.50 a show depending on how long I go if I run over.
"She goes 'I'll take $20, it's easier to do the math', I'm like 'that's not how you negotiate for yourself', I'm like 'You'll take $25 so it's easier math.'"
Elsewhere, the songstress who has sold over 135 million records across the globe was revealed to be the most-played female artist of the 21st Century in the UK.
During an appearance on ITV's Lorraine, host Scarlette Douglas dropped the bombshell with P!nk responding: "That's a very strange sentence, I'm embarrassed!
"I don't do well with positive reinforcement!"
In the UK alone, the singer who launched her career in 1995 has three Number 1 singles, 21 Top 10 singles and 10 Top 10 UK albums.
Across the globe, she has been recognised as one of the world's best-selling artists of all time.
