Piers Morgan's wife Celia Walden has branded her husband's pedicure obsession 'weird' as he boosted about his latest visit to the salon.
The former GMB presenter, 56, shared with followers his passion for foot pampering to have his 'nails demolished' as he stopped off at a beauty salon in London's Earl's Court.
Piers appeared relaxed as he posed for a pic with the salon owner Vy amid decorations for Lunar New Year and sporting navy sweatpants and v neck sweater teamed with a white collard shirt.
He told followers: "What better way to celebrate Chinese New Year than with this little Tigress demolishing my nails with a world record speed mani-pedi?! Best salon in London. Thanks Vy and Happy New Year!"
But although Pier's passion for a pedi isn't a secret - in fact the star is quite open about his pampering habit - his wife Celia couldn't resist poking fun about the TV broadcaster's apparent like for deep red wine nail polish.
Commenting on the post she penned: "Best nail salon in town. But maybe lay off the Essie Bordeaux on your toenails next time?
"Bit weird."
And the banter didn't end there as presenter Katie Piper also saw fit to take a swipe at the star's questionable clothing combination.
Katie Posted: "We need to chat - about these tracksuit trousers with this jumper."
Another added: "Sweatpants and a V neck... so many questions."
And another follower joked Piers could handle his own nails adding: "Garden secateurs? Lol"
A fourth simply replied: "nailed it"
This isn’t the first time Celia has poked fun at her ex-GMB presenter husband, often opting to crack a few jokes at her spouse's expense on social media.
His author wife posted a picture of Piers, attempting to flex his biceps in front of a building with a sign that read “muscle beach”.
Under the picture, which was taken while the couple were enjoying the sun in Venice Beach, California, Celia wrote: “Not clear whether he’s flexing his muscle… Or looking for it.”
