Piers Morgan has invited Meghan Markle to a sit down interview in an attempt to end their feud.
The journalist, 57, was asked about his relationship with the Duchess of Sussex, 40, whilst on the latest episode of the Diary of a CEO podcast, hosted by Steven Bartlett, 29.
The entrepreneur brought up the tension between former friends Morgan and Markle - who have been at odds in recent years - with him asking what it would take for the pair to reconcile.
In response, Morgan commented: "If she did an interview like this with me, it'd be very interesting. Meghan Markle to me has lost all sense of reality about life."
He added: "She needs to sit with someone like me, not an Oprah Winfrey enabling interview, fuelling your victimhood. She needs someone to give her perspective."
Prince Harry and Meghan sat down with Oprah for a tell-all interview about their split from the Royal Family last March, with the royal sharing she had suffered from "suicidal thoughts" and alleged that she was denied help from the Royal family during her private struggle.
Harry went on to claim that his father and brother, Prince Charles and William, are "trapped" in the institution of the monarchy.
Piers elaborated: "In answer to [the] original question; let's do an interview Meghan. Let me put [my] questions to you and [you] answer some difficult questions."
The podcast episode also saw the former GMB host propose possible questions to ask Meghan.
The TalkTV host said: "Are you aware that when you preach to us about climate change, the environment, carbon footprint from [a private plane], it doesn't sit very well?"
Morgan - who departed from Good Morning Britain last year after a backlash over comments about Markle - said he was prepared to ask Meghan some tough questions.

He said these include the wife of Prince Harry tweeting about poverty whilst at a $500,000 baby shower with friends of the couple, who have two children together.
Morgan described her as "a piece of work", adding: "I was one of many people that she used along her path up the slippery ladder, that's fine. I don't care. I only met her once."
During the podcast, Piers said Markle had made a number of unsubstantiated claims against the Royal Family, with him describing such actions as "incredibly damaging."
In their Oprah interview, the couple revealed there had been "concerns" over the colour of their son Archie's skin and said Prince Charles had stopped taking Harry's phone calls.
After discussing some of the difficult topics he would ask Meghan if he had the chance, Piers invited the Duchess to do an interview with him. He then assured that he doesn't wish her nor Harry any "harm."
The Mirror approached reps of Markle for comment.
