Piers Morgan failed to ask Tyson Fury about his links to Daniel Kinahan in a wide ranging interview this evening.
The interview instead focused on Fury's victory over Dillian Whyte at Wembley last week, and what the future holds for the Gypsy King.
Despite rumours that the heavyweight champion was planning to fight UFC superstar Francis Ngannou, Fury doubled down on his earlier promise to retire after his most recent bout with Whyte, claiming he has fought his final fight.
"This is the truth, the gospel truth, nothing but the truth. I'm done," said The Gypsy King.
"There will always be somebody else to fight. When is enough enough? I'm happy, I'm healthy.
"I've got a beautiful wife and six kids.
“Boxing’s a very dangerous sport. You can be hit out with one punch. It only takes one unlucky blow.
“I’m very happy. I’m very contented in my heart with what I have done and what I have achieved."
Fury mentioned how it is now time for him to spend time with his family, after fighting professionally for the past 14 years.
"I've got family to raise. I've got four young kids to raise and two older ones. I've been away for the last ten years on the road, all over the world travelling for boxing."
"When do I get time to be a father, a husband, a brother, a son? I need this personal time."
He added: "The fans will always want more. They're always baying for more blood, but at the end of the day, I don't have anything more to give.
"I've given everything I've got. Every good dog has its day in the sun and my time is to go out on a high. I always said, I want to walk away on top of the sport and do it on my terms."
Fury's links with Kinahan, 44, have come under intense scrutiny after Kinahan was sanctioned by the US Government who placed a €4.6million bounty on his head, along with his father Christy Snr and brother Christy Jnr.
Fury, who has no involvement in crime, also bizarrely endorsed Kinahan for Prime Minister in a social media post just under two years ago.
And while the Gypsy King was pictured in a social media post with Daniel Kinahan in February of this year, Fury now claims that he has "Absolutely zero" business with Kinahan.
