Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has opened up on his blossoming relationship with Chelsea icon Didier Drogba and has made a stunning Arsenal revelation in the process.
Aubameyang, 33, has spent just over a month in West London since completing his £11 million Deadline Day move from Barcelona. Initially, he signed under the recommendation of Thomas Tuchel but the 'strange' decision to sack the German after the striker's debut in that Dinamo Zagreb loss has already come under minor scrutiny from the player in question,
With it unknown just how new manager Graham Potter would get on with the Blues' number 9, who is finally aiming to break the dreaded 'curse' that swallowed up the likes of Alvaro Morata and most recently Romelu Lukaku, the early indications are positive.
Potter started Auba in the two most recent fixtures against Crystal Palace and AC Milan. Both decisions paid their fruits with the Deadline Day coup scoring crucial goals to earn his side three points in the Premier League and three points in the Champions League group.

Who would have thought that a player who is now warming to the Chelsea faithful was once adored by the Arsenal supporters for four years with some drawing Thierry Henry comparisons?
It has been well known that before and after Aubameyang moved from Borussia Dortmund to North London that Chelsea have always had a long-standing interest in the African star.
So much so that the player who notched 113 goal contributions in the red and white of Arsenal in all competitions has opened up on Drogba's pull and influence which eventually worked in trying to tempt the 33-year-old to try his luck at the different end of the scale in the English capital.
He told BBC Sport: "So, the first time I met Didier was on the national team. I was in Paris with my team [Gabon] and it was against the Ivory Coast and I saw him for the first time and because my dad knew him, I asked if I could take a picture.
"I said 'can I get a picture' and we were talking. At that time, I was watching a documentary on him and for me, he gave me a lot of goals in my life. Also because we played for countries in Africa, so it was a big inspiration for me.
"So, I saw him a few years later and he was always talking to me, saying that I was in the 'wrong side' of London. 'Why don't you come.' I said, 'Yes, maybe one day, we never know'.
"And I have spoken to him since with a few messages."
