Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is rumoured to be plotting his Chelsea exit just two months into his Stamford Bridge stay as he eyes a sensational switch next summer.
The Gabon international only lasted six months at Barcelona before he upped sticks to west London in the summer window, but may not be at Chelsea much longer if reports are to be believed. The former Arsenal captain cost the Blues £10million on deadline day back when Aubameyang's ex- Borussia Dortmund boss Thomas Tuchel was still in the hot-seat.
He has since been sacked and replaced by Graham Potter, who has enjoyed a solid start of his own at the helm. Aubameyang netted his first goal for Chelsea during last weekend's 2-1 win away at Crystal Palace, before bagging another in the 3-0 home victory over AC Milan in the Champions League.
French publication Foot Mercato have claimed that the 33-year-old is already eyeing up another move for next summer, this time to Ligue 1 titans Paris Saint-Germain. The same report suggests that Christophe Galtier's side are just as keen on the potential deal.
So keen in fact, the Parisians have already made contact with Aubameyang's representatives to determine just how likely any switch is. The striker is thought to have always been keen on plying his trade in the French capital and joining PSG would see him reunite with his old Saint-Etienne boss in Galtier.
Indeed, his move to Chelsea was marked as another reunion, albeit with Tuchel. But the German was sacked after Aubameyang's debut against Dinamo Zagreb. Potter has been quick to quash any talk suggesting that the ex-Gunners man could be exiled under new management.

"I’m looking forward to working with him, I’ve enjoyed working with him in the brief time we’ve been together," Potter said of the forward. "I can see he’s a good guy, focused, wants to do well, wants to play, wants to score. So I’m really enjoying it.
"He’s got nothing to prove to me or anything negative in that regard. His career is his career, I have huge respect for that.
"My job now is to help him enjoy his football and be a part of what we’re trying to do here. He’s acted as a top professional, a top person, so I’m really looking forward to working with him."
Talk of a departure will not please anyone associated with Chelsea, especially after Aubameyang's solid start to life at the Bridge. Last season the Blues were accused of being particularly blunt in attack, but the forward's goals could make all the difference this term.
