Two of Pierce Brosnan's sons have opened up about how thankful they are to have the famous actor as their dad.
Dylan and Paris Brosnan told E! News that they are "very lucky" to have the 69-year-old former James Bond actor and his stoic advice as they embark on their own career journeys.
"I think we need to just be grateful for our blessings," said Paris, 21, who is forging his own path as a model and filmmaker.
His older brother Dylan, 25, who is also a model and musician, said he and his sibling are trying to "pave our own way" in the entertainment industry but acknowledged that some doors will open due to their connection to Pierce.
"It's always gonna be there and we got to recognize it. At the end of the day, we're just grateful to be here," Paris added.
"Dylan's an amazing musician and I'm painting right now, so we're figuring it out. Taking it day by day."
Dylan previously told PEOPLE that he had the "best parents you could ask for" in Pierce and mum Keeley Shay Brosnan, a journalist, who married the actor in 2001.
Paris admitted that he is unsure about whether he wants to follow in his dad's footsteps.
"You can't put half effort into something like that. You have to go all in," he said.
"I think having Dad help us, it'd be a little intimidating, but he's also the best coach we could ask for if he wanted to do it!
When asked about the best piece of advice his dad has ever given him, Dylan replied:
"Be gracious. Be grateful."
Paris added that his dad always taught them to "stand straight, shoulders back," but to let the small things go:
"Don't take yourself too seriously. Just have fun."
Pierce also shares sons Christomer, 50, Sean, and late daughter Charlotte with his late first wife Cassandra Harris.
Charlotte Brosnan passed away from ovarian cancer in 2013. Cassandra died of the same disease in 1991.
