Pidilite shares rise marginally as company appoints Amit Agarwal CFO-designate

Shares of Pidilite Industries rose 0.93% to Rs 1,473.70 on Friday, after the company announced the appointment of Amit Agarwal as Chief Financial Officer-designate (CFO-designate) and Senior Management Personnel, effective October 9, 2026.

The appointment was approved by the company’s board through a circular resolution passed on Friday, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The company confirmed the news in a filing to the exchanges.
