Leonardo DiCaprio has once again hit the headlines over his chaotic love life as it was reported this week he had he split from his 25-year-old model girlfriend Camila Morrone.
The two were together for four years, but they apparently grew apart over the summer and went their separate ways.
It did not go unnoticed by fans that the separation was announced just weeks after Camilla celebrated her 25th birthday.
Hollywood superstar Leo, 47, has never publicly dated anyone over the age of 25 years old.
Fans have been theorising for several years that the actor breaks up with women the moment they reach a quarter-of-a-century old.
A psychologist recently claimed that there's a good reason why Leonardo keeps dating women under a specific age.
Emma Kenny claimed: "He is in a highly unusual position, which allows him to pick and choose whoever he wishes to be with until he grows either bored, or recognises that his partner wishes to move to more secure ground through marriage, or by having children."
"The ages of the women he dates, and the point at which their relationships end seems to coincide with these life markers," she told The Sun.
She also claims it's because he has 'no intention of giving up his adventures' and doesn't want to 'conform to a societal blueprint'.
A data visualisation chart was created several years ago which showed Leo getting older while his girlfriends stayed the same ages.
He previously started dating Gisele Bundchen when he was 24 and she was 18. They broke up when the supermodel turned 23.
Leo went on to date Bar Refaeli in 2005 but things ended between them when she turned 25.
The Wolf of Wall Street actor also dated Gossip Girl's Blake Lively in 2011, when she was 23 years old.
He dated Erin Heatherton in 2012 when she was 22 and then Tori Garrn between 2013-14 when she was 20-21.

Kelly Rohrbach was 25 during their relationship while Nina Agdal was 24-25 during their time together in 2016-17.
Leonardo then went on to date Camila.
Before their split, Camila hit back at questions about the couple’s 22-year age gap after years of being trolled.
“There are so many relationships in Hollywood, and in the history of the world, where people have large age gaps,” she said.
“I just think anyone should be able to date who they want to date.”
