Physically demanding work linked to higher male fertility: Research

Washington: According to a new study from Brigham and Women's Hospital, a founding member of the Mass General Brigham healthcare system, males who often lift heavy objects at work have higher sperm counts. The study, which was published in Human Reproduction, is part of the Environment and Reproductive Health (EARTH) cohort, a clinical trial that aims to evaluate how environmental contaminants and lifestyle choices affect reproductive health.
