The Boston Celtics had a lot on heir plate ahead of their home tilt with the Atlanta Hawks on Wednesday night, with the NBA’s 2024 trade deadline looming and All-Star Week looming just beyond it. But Boston stayed focused despite all the noise, and came away with a 125-117 win as a result.
Holding the Hawks to just 31.7% from beyond the arc, and while they lost the battle of the boards by 4 rebounds and got to the free throw line just 11 times to Atlanta’s 20, connecting on 9 more dimes and blocking 7 more shots than the Hawks proved the difference in the game.
