Philips has launched its new Café Aromis 8000 Series bean-to-cup coffee machine in the UK, offering over 50 drink options and up to eight user profiles.
It's available now for £849.99 from the Philips website, as well as retailers like Argos and John Lewis.
Philips has launched yet another bean-to-cup coffee machine just weeks after the Baristina. However, the new Philips Café Aromis 8000 Series is much closer to models like the Series 5500 LatteGo, offering over 50 drink options and up to eight user profiles, making it ideal for busy households with multiple coffee drinkers.
It’s also the first machine in the Philips range to feature a Virtual Barista Assistant. Built directly into the machine and accessible via the Philips HomeID app, it helps guide you through personalising your coffee – from strength and volume to texture.
The Café Aromis 8000 Series is available now for £849.99 from the Philips website, as well as retailers like Argos and John Lewis. It’s also already launched in the US (around a month earlier) with an RRP of $1,699.99.

The Café Aromis uses its BrewExtract technology to dose and press more freshly ground beans, aiming to deliver a more consistent result with every cup. It also comes in a sleek silver finish – which we haven’t really seen from Philips before – and features a 4.3-inch touchscreen display, 15-bar pump pressure, 12 grind settings and the ability to brew two drinks at once.
Philips has also focused on making the machine easier to live with day-to-day. Its SilentBrew technology uses sound shielding and quieter grinding to reduce noise levels, whilst the LatteGo Pro milk system can be cleaned in as little as 10 seconds, either by hand or in the dishwasher.
Charley Parnell, coffee expert at Philips, said: “The Café Aromis is perfect for people who want to take their love of coffee to the next level. There are 54 hot and cold drink options to choose from, and combined with the LatteGo Pro milk frother, it delivers a barista-quality experience all year round.”
