A win would see Rangers top the group, otherwise the group position would rely on the other result in Group C being favourable.
Regardless, Rangers already have European football after Christmas guaranteed with even the worst case scenario - a third place finish - meaning Europa Conference League football in the new year.
Jack Butland starts in goal for Rangers with James Tavernier, Connor Goldson, Ben Davies and Borna Barisic in defence.
John Lundstram and Jose Cifuentes will sit in midfield with Sam Lammers, Ross McCausland and Abdallah Sima behind striker Cyriel Dessers.
RANGERS XI: Butland, Tavernier, Goldson, Davies, Barisic, Lundstram, Cifuentes, Lammers, McCausland, Sima, Dessers.
SUBS: McCrorie, Wright, Souttar, Matondo, Sterling, Roofe, Devine, Lyall, McKinnon.
