Thai junior golfers continued their impressive showing in the United States, with Phannarin Srichaphan and Yubo Shen winning the titles at the 2026 Uswing Mojing Junior World Golf Championship on Thursday in San Diego.
Phannarin claimed the title in the girls' 7-8 division with a total score of 4-over par 178, while Angchaya Kanthaset (6-over par 180) and Areeya Rattanawan (11-over par 185) finished in second and third places as Thai girls dominated the podium.
Yubo won the boys' 11-12 category after finishing on four-under par 207 while Skyy Wilding took second place on 209.
The success of the Thai junior golfers in San Diego followed their six victories at the FCG International Championship 2026 last week, with Phannarin and Yubo among the winners at Pala Mesa Resort in Fallbrook.
The Uswing Mojing Junior World Golf Championship, first established in 1968, is one of the world's biggest junior golf tournaments, with more than 1,250 golfers from 56 countries and 42 US states taking part each year.
