Does PGA Tour Superstore offer free shipping?
Yes, PGA Tour Superstore offers free standard ground shipping on orders over $99. Standard shipping for orders under $99 will incur a fee of $8.99, and will take 4-10 days to ship. If you want to receive your goods quicker, you also have a number of faster shipping options to choose from.
Guaranteed Ground costs $10.99 and arrives in 2 - 3 working days, whilst 2nd Day (2 business day) Air shipping is $19.99, and Next Day Air shipping is $24.99. Same Day delivery is also available in selected zip codes for $9.99.
Does the PGA Tour Superstore offer club fitting sessions?
You can book to get properly fitted for your clubs at one of the PGA Tour Superstore’s club fitting studios. Here, you’ll benefit from the advice and expertise of their trained professionals, who will use TOUR-level expertise and TRACKMAN systems to help you get kitted out for clubs that will help you improve as a golfer.
What is the PGA Superstore Performance Guarantee?
With its Golf Club performance guarantee, the PGA Superstore offers up to 90 days from the date of your purchase for you to make sure your golf club is right for you. If you're unhappy for any reason, you can get 100% of the price refunded as store credit. You will need to be able to provide proof of purchase to qualify for these returns, and custom orders cannot be refunded (only exchanged).
What is the PGA Tour Superstore’s returns policy?
For non-club purchases or pre-owned items, customers will have 30 days from the date of their purchase for a refund. Items will need to be sent back new, unused and in their original packaging to qualify, and PGA Superstore will cover the cost of return shipping via a prepaid label if you raise an RMA through the website. Custom orders are not eligible to be returned.
