New Delhi: The state-run Power Finance Corporation (PFC) on Thursday said it has extended the financial assistance of Rs 9,187 crore to HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Ltd (HRRL), for its refinery-cum-petrochemical complex in Barmer, Rajasthan.
