A couple with ten children have been slammed as ‘childish’ in court after they deliberately parked their car so close to their neighbour’s vehicle that she was unable to move it.
Samina Delaney, 40, and Shahid Iqbal, 38, were charged with harassment after they became embroiled in a bitter two-year feud with a neighbour. The couple, of Radcliffe, near Bury, were also accused of vandalising three large conifer trees belonging to their neighbour and also hammering on her front door.
Iqbal was filmed on CCTV cameras blocking the victim’s car on the day residents were required to move their cars from the street by 8am for essential gas and maintenance works. He also made verbal comments and gestures towards his neighbour’s CCTV camera.
