- Local authorities have implemented fuel rationing schemes, limiting sales to 20 litres per vehicle per week, and there are also reports of some foodstuffs running short.
- The Ukrainian military claimed to have destroyed 50 Russian military vehicles in a strike on the Armiansk bridge, with a commander stating Ukraine could fully cut off Russia's access to Crimea soon.
