Peter Andre was called a 'terrorist' at a train station because of the type of clothing he was wearing, he has revealed.
The singer opened up about a time he left a train station and no taxis would stop for him due to having his hood up.
He spoke in his OK! column where he related his memory to Olympic sprinter Ricardo Dos Santos being pulled over by armed police in London for the second time in two years.
Ricardo has alleged that he was racially profiled during the stop and search.
Peter said he's not sure if his situation was the entirely the same but said he does 'think sometimes people are picked on because of the way they look'.

He said: "There was one time I came out of a train station in London with a backpack on and my hood up and no taxis would stop for me.
"Eventually one guy stopped and said to me, 'Just a word of advice, don’t have your hood up and a backpack on, you look like a terrorist'."
Peter 'couldn't believe' the situation and said he 'felt really offended' due to being judged on his appearance.
The star has recently jetted off on holiday with his family to celebrate wife Emily's birthday.
However, it seems that Peter wasn't very prepared for the 33-year-old's special day.
The 49-year-old singer talked about Emily's birthday in his magazine column where he said he hadn't even started planning what they were going to do or went shopping for her presents.
Peter shared: "It's Emily's 33rd birthday this week and I haven't actually planned anything or sorted her presents. I was so organised with our anniversary, but now this.
"Of course, by the time this comes out I will have sorted everything. Emily is one of these people that you could buy a plant pot for and she'd be as happy as if you'd bought her a car."
Peter said that he went 'all out' for their most recent anniversary so he would probably go for something more simple for her birthday.
He explained that Emily doesn't ever tend to want anything too fancy or expensive but he'd keep his fans up to date with what he decided to do.
Peter never revealed what he decided to get for Emily but the couple have gone on holiday with their children as well as Junior and Princess from Peter's marriage to Katie Price.
But for their seventh wedding anniversary Peter bought his wife a new sparkly ring.
As well as being married for seven years, the two were also celebrating being together for a decade.
The pair also enjoyed some alone time as they went out for a romantic dinner together without the children as they hired a babysitter.
Peter said it was just a quick dinner but the two of them didn't stop laughing the entire time.
