Peter Andre has hailed his son Junior as his "body double" after the pair were pictured working out together.
The singer-turned-TV personality insisted that "age is nothing but a number" as they showed off the results of their hard work in the form of two sculpted six-packs.
Peter, 50, admitted that he enjoyed flexing after gym sessions with Junior, despite his son being 33 years younger than him at 17 and insisted that he "feels great".
The father-of-four, who has just hit the big birthday milestone recently, referred to the gym photos from Dubai and said that exercising with his son keeps him young.
"You may have seen the picture Junior posted of me and him on Insta to wish me a happy birthday," Peter wrote on his New column.
"It's a shot of us both in Dubai after a gym session and were both flexing, LOL.
"I think it shows that age is nothing but a number!"
He continued: "There are 33 years between us but I feel great.
"We go to the gym a lot together and training is something we both really enjoy.
"I obviously let him play all the songs he loves in the car to and from the gym, though! But I love that, it keeps me young."
Peter turned 50 in February and enjoyed time in Dubai to celebrate the milestone birthday.
The Aussie singer marked his actual birthday in a "low key" way, saying he "just did the school runs".
However, he treated his family to an Indian meal which was "better than a having a big party".
Speaking about his gifts from Junior, 17 and Princess, 16, he said: "I got some lovely presents this year, the main one being our trip to Dubai.
"According to Junior and Princess they are planning to surprise me later this year. "
Peter also said the pair "wrote lovely things" in his birthday card, which was "more than any dad could want", reports new! magazine.
