Peter Andre has opened up on fears his daughter Princess, 15, is "growing up too fast".
The 49-year-old dad of four opened up about his concerns as a dad of teens as he appeared on the red carpet of the Cauldwell Children's charity Butterfly Ball.
He attended the London charity event with Princess as well as his son Junior, 17, and his wife Emily MacDonagh in tow.
Speaking on the red carpet Peter, who previously said it would be the "first and last time" Princess would be glammed up at the Pride of Britain Awards, said he was happy for his daughter to attend the bash.
He told The Sun: "It’s hard because you’re so strict as a parent, but as time goes on you start letting the reigns go a little bit.
"You don’t want to let them go too much too quick."
However dad Pete did admit that he was becoming "less strict" as his teenage children grew older.
Mysterious Girl singer Pete is also dad to five-year-old Theo and Amelia, seven, who he shares with wife Emily, 32.
It comes after Princess, who's brother recently ran off the set of a music video, hit back after fans told her to stop wearing heavy makeup.
Princess shared a snap of herself at her aunt Sophie Price's wedding, which she posted alongside a red heart emoji in the caption.
Katie and Peter's daughter went on receive plenty of positive comments, but some fans took issue with Princess' dramatic makeover.
Taking to the comments section, one wrote: "You don't need the makeup Princess you are beautiful without it!"
Another added: "Princess you don't need all that makeup on. You are pretty without it. Makes you look older than you are."
A third said: "A natural beautiful girl you don’t need all that makeup love."
Princess hit back as she wrote: "All these comments about makeup It was a wedding. But I do appreciate the people being nice".
Last month, Peter issued a stark warning to Princess as he shared a tribute to her on her birthday.
Peter posted a montage video showing a collection of photos of his daughter from over the years on his Instagram page.
Alongside the compilation, he wrote in the post: "Happy 15th birthday to my kind, loving, moody and caring daughter. You bring so much life to our home. We all love you so much."
He added: "You're beautiful inside and out just the way you are and never forget that." He concluded by writing: "Happy birthday and NO you can't go on Love Island. Love dad."
Later, Peter said Love Island is non-existent in his home. He explained: "I don’t even know the words Love Island. Those two words don’t go together in my house!
"Listen I can say what I want now as she’s only 15. When she gets to 18 I might not have a say."
