Peter and Harriet Phillips have topped Tatler’s 2026 Social Power Index of the 100 “most socially significant people” in Britain.
The nephew of the King was named as number one in the society bible’s annual list alongside his wife, Harriet, an NHS nurse whom he married last month.
Phillips, who is the son of Princess Anne and is 19th in line to the throne, began dating his now-wife in 2024, and their engagement was announced in August last year.
They were placed ahead of Viscount and Viscountess Astor, as well as Poppy Delevingne and Archie Keswick, who were named in second and third places.
Delevingne, 40, is a socialite, actress and model. She is the daughter of property developer Charles Hamar Delevingne and Pandora Anne Delevingne, while her sister is model and actress Cara Delevingne.
She went public with her billionaire businessman partner in 2024, with the couple then welcoming their daughter Kaia Moon a year ago.
Others named in the Top 10 include: actor Stanley Tucci and his wife, literary agent Felicity Blunt; artist Dame Tracey Emin; and Conservative Party leader Kemi Badenoch and her husband Hamish Badenoch.
Also included were singer Dua Lipa and actor Callum Turner, who were married last month.
The couple tied the knot at a small ceremony in London’s Old Marylebone Town Hall before reportedly having a three-day second wedding in Sicily, Italy.
This year’s social power index included pop stars, political leaders and major philanthropists whom Tatler described as “elevating the nation’s cultural life”.
The Top 10 list was rounded out by: the Duke and Duchess of Roxburghe, Sir Lloyd and Lady Dorfman, and The Hon Harry and Clodagh Herbert.
