Pete Taylor's wife has paid tribute to the boxing coach after he suffered a "freak injury" in Barcelona.

The father of undisputed lightweight champion Katie Taylor is learning how to walk again after suffering the injury while “chasing a thief” in Barcelona.

Pete's wife Karen Brown shared a post online paying tribute to her other half following the incident.
