A pervert subjected a woman to a “prolonged” sexual attack on a platform at Leeds Train Station.
British Transport Police have released this CCTV still of a man they want to speak to urgently following the terrifying attack. It happened on Thursday, January 12, on one of the platforms at the busy train station.
The woman was waiting on her own when a man got off a train and approached her. He started asking her “inappropriate” questions before sexually attacking her.
A spokesperson for BTP said they now want to speak to the man pictured. They said: “Officers investigating a sexual assault at Leeds station are today releasing CCTV images in connection.
“He began asking her inappropriate questions, before subjecting her to a prolonged sexual assault. She moved away from the man and he walked around the station before boarding a train towards Edinburgh.”
Officers believe the man in the CCTV images may have information which could help their investigation.
