A 17-year-old boy charged with leading police on a pursuit through Broome earlier this week has now been accused of rushing towards a pilot as he was being flown to Perth, forcing the plane to turn around.
In a statement, the Department of Justice said the boy was on a charter flight on Wednesday afternoon, being transferred to Banksia Hill Detention Centre with two other detainees.
