The Korean ratings board has listed a number of titles, which usually signals some news about games as we head into Summer Game Fest season.
As spotted by Gematsu, the Game Rating and Administration Committee of Korea has rated a number of new titles, with the likes of Persona 4 Revival, Ace Combat 8, Gears of War E-Day, and Castlevania: Belmont's Curse rated. It was a pretty safe bet to assume we'd see more of these games next month in one of the various showcases (with E-Day already confirmed for the Xbox show), but this little nugget makes it feel even more real.
The really interesting bit, however, is the inclusion of two titles. Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy was recently rated for Nintendo Switch 2 in Taiwan last month, and now the game has once again surfaced in the Korean ratings board's listings, meaning there could finally be a decent way to play the game on a Nintendo console (it previously had a Cloud version on Switch 1).
However, the biggest shocker is Paradox Interactive's "Lego Skylines," which – if the name is anything to go by – seems like a Lego version of its Cities: Skylines series. And just looking at the title makes me shocked that this hasn't been a thing before. A Lego version of Sim City is such a simple but brilliant idea, and feels like it would've been one of the games to emerge around the time Lego was pumping out bespoke PC games back in the 90s with the likes of Lego Island, Lego Racers, and Lego Rock Raiders.
Of course, as with any leak, the game doesn't exist until we see it, so while it's definitely an exciting prospect, don't get your hopes up just yet, as we've seen games appear on ratings sites before only to never happen.
