A person was seriously injured after an altercation at a private event in the inner north last weekend, police say.
ACT Policing have appealed for witnesses to what they said was a serious assault at a private function at an O'Connor hospitality venue on Saturday, August 15.
"Police would like to speak with anyone who attended the event and witnessed the incident, has information about those involved, or captured relevant photos or video footage at the venue that evening," police said in a statement on Sunday.
