Perrie Edwards cried at one of Little Mix' s final performances, and admitted she had been warned not to sing by doctors.
Perrie who was still ill from a throat infection performed with Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall at London's O2 Arena.
The girls will give their penultimate performance there before their hiatus.
Perrie, 28, told fans she had been advised not to appear.
She said: "I have a bit of a throat infection, and my doctor was like, 'You shouldn't be singing, you shouldn't perform.'
"I said: 'Tough!' I said there is no way I am missing out on London's O2. Can you imagine? I said, ‘Don’t worry, doc. Our crowds will sing every single line."
Later on, Perrie cried with happiness as she told fans: "You are incredible.
“We are so thankful. And we are grateful to you guys as well for making this the most amazing ten years of our lives.”
Jade also said tearfully: "It’s so nice being out here and seeing all your faces," she said.
“Can you believe it has been over ten years of Little Mix?
“We have been through everything together, all the ups, all the downs, we’ve laughed together, we’ve cried together, we’ve got through some of the darkest moments in our lives together.
We have created some of the most incredible memories. The sisterhood and the bond that we have will last forever.”
