‘Period of uncertainty’ as AI penetrates Irish economy, says Enterprise Minister

There will be a “period of uncertainty” as artificial intelligence (AI) penetrates the Irish economy and expands across companies, the Enterprise Minister has said.

Peter Burke said there will be “challenges” as the Irish economy transitions, but said that Government policy will bring back certainty and allow companies to “grasp” the opportunities of AI.
