The mother at the centre of a row with Jan Leeming over a "screaming child" in a restaurant has identified herself - and fired back at the BBC star.

Alex Edwards, 35, feels she was unfairly singled out by a series of social media posts from the former newsreader about a visit to a Kent hotel and restaurant - and suggested Leeming, 84, should steer clear of venues offering children's menus in future.
