An perfectly healthy Yorkshire Terrier was left with a vet to be put to sleep simply because he was no longer wanted by his family.

Luckily, the adorable Yorkie has been rescued and is now up for adoption.

The little pup named Theo is four years old and is currently living in foster care after his close shave with death.
