Perez Hilton's mental-health crisis has taken another painful turn as reports shed light on his fragmented memories of the night his TikTok livestream triggered an emergency response, while commentator Rob Shuter has highlighted the pressures surrounding the celebrity blogger.

Hilton, 48, remains in inpatient treatment following the 4 August incident at his Miami home. His family has asked for privacy as he continues receiving medical and mental-health care.
