While London’s Guinness boom can be attributed to finance bros and the corporate masses, Percival x Guinness is for everyone. This was proven by the sell-out success of the collaborative duo the first time around – now, it’s time for round two.
I find it hard to believe that any man between 26-45 is yet to come across Percival, but just in case, here’s the low-down. Created in 2016, liquidated in 2017, and reborn in 2019, Percival has gone from bankruptcy to dressing some of Hollywood’s biggest A-listers (Tom Holland, Chris Evans, and Idris Elba are all fans, BTW) in just a few years.

How? By keeping things simple but elevated. Reinventing the basics, but without reinventing the wheel, Percival has modernised all your wardrobe essentials to be more flattering, sharper and just a little more daring than usual.

Percival x Guinness 2.0 Merino wool jumper
First up, this merino wool jumper. Delivering on the collaboration in the most literal way, this pick does precisely what it says on the tin. It’s got the trademark soft-handle and boxy cut of Percival knitwear, whilst the Guinness jacquard motif at the chest does the rest.
Percival x Guinness 2.0 Henley Waffle long-sleeve T Shirt
Now, this might be my favourite piece of the capsule. Quite simply, I’m a sucker for a Henley shirt. There’s something about the slouching comfort of it, and the buttoned placket, that has a really easy, relaxed vibe to it that just appeals. Plus, the contrast stitching and Jazz Cat motif at the back don’t hurt either.
Percival x Guinness 2.0 embroidered Short Peak Cap
The one thing you can bet on with a Percival collab – there will be a cap. There’s always a cap. And this cap is taking notes from the classic wool, short-peak caps, not unlike the kind that would have been worn by factory workers back in the yore days of Guinness’ timeline. Plus a little trademark embroidery, of course.

A tee with a little extra spice to it, this Percival x Guinness vintage wash oversized T-shirt has been crafted from a dapper 240 GSM organic cotton for a soft handle and a relaxed, characterful twist. As for the contrast stitching and collaboration motif, that’s just the cherry on top.
