Manchester City have entered the race to sign Paulo Dybala from Juventus - according to reports.
Now into the final months of his contract in Turin, the Argentina forward will be available on a free transfer during the summer window and several Premier League clubs have already registered an interest.
Liverpool and Tottenham are among those thought to be chasing Dybala.
Juventus are still pushing to agree an extension with the 28-year-old - but as things stand he is gearing up to leave the Italian giants before the 2022/2023 season.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport - as per this article from Sports Mole - key figures in the City boardroom are set to keep monitoring Dybala with a view to swooping for his fleet-footed services this summer.
Having coasted to a third Premier League title in four seasons, Pep Guardiola and his star-studded team brought in £100million man Jack Grealish from Aston Villa last summer.
However, they were priced out of a follow-up move for England captain Harry Kane.
As focus shifts to the upcoming window, an attack-minded recruit is still right at the top of the agenda with Kane, Norway goal machine Erling Haaland and, seemingly, Dybala on the City shortlist.
Dybala has scored seven goals and provided five assists for the Serie A side this campaign.
Elsewhere, the Premier League champions are set to face competition from Manchester United should they swoop for Haaland this summer.
Haaland is a man in demand having totted-up a staggering 80 goals in 79 games for Borussia Dortmund.
