Pep Guardiola is more convinced than ever that he has nothing to teach Erling Haaland about goalscoring.
The Manchester City manager was caught on camera during the 5-0 win over Copenhagen looking on in disbelief as Haaland scored the second of his two goals in the first half. Guardiola's reaction summed up the mood of a nation that cannot quite fathom how a player has arrived in a new league and scored 19 goals in 12 goals.
While the Blues boss believes Haaland can still improve all aspects of his game, he was amazed again in midweek at the Norwegian's ability to be in the right place at the right time. If City will work on many parts of Haaland's game, Guardiola does not believe he can teach the 22-year-old anything about his sense of goal.
