Dogs are some of the most adorable, happy, affectionate, and overall wholesome creatures on this planet, but there are still people who treat them as if they mean nothing. Fortunately, for every inhumane person like that, there are many more of those who will do everything they can to give an animal in need the life they deserve.
A perfect example of this happened just a few months ago when the Pennsylvania Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) got a tip about the location of several horribly mistreated dogs.
