People could get paid up to £70,000 if they move to one of a number of stunning islands off the coast of Ireland.
Irish rural and community development minister Heather Humphreys announced a new scheme earlier this month that will see people given large grants if they turn a vacant house on any of around 30 islands and turn it into a permanent home or a holiday rental.
The Our Living Islands scheme aims to "ensure that sustainable, vibrant communities can continue to live, and thrive, on the offshore islands for many years to come".

The breathtaking islands include Inis Mór, whose landscape movie fans may recognise from critically-acclaimed The Banshees of Inisherin, starring Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson.
The maximum grant for island properties will be €60,000, 20% more than the €50,000 available for those applying for the same scheme on the Mainland, the Irish Mirror reports.
And for derelict properties, the grant provided will be up to €84,000 compared to €70,000 on the Mainland. This will come into effect from July 1 and will be applied retrospectively to any existing applications.
British and Irish citizens can live and work freely in each other’s countries and travel freely between them, within the Common Travel Area (CTA) agreement.
