Pentagon Creates 'Legally Protected' Route for Military-Connected Insiders To Disclose UFO Information

The US Department of War has issued a targeted legal waiver allowing certain current and former personnel to disclose UAP-related National Defense Information to authorised representatives of the Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters, or PURSUE.

Announced on 14 September, the measure creates what the department calls an 'authorized, legally protected disclosure mechanism' for eligible service members, civilian personnel and contractors.
