A couple who went to Skegness for a holiday say their trip was "disastrous" because of the standard of their hotel room.

Glenys Launders, 75, and her husband Graham, 80, headed to the Lincolnshire coast on August 4 to enjoy a five-day trip away with their family.

One of the couple's sons owns a caravan in Skegness while another stayed at the nearby Butlins for the holiday.
