An elderly woman was left suffering in agony for four hours before an ambulance turned up to take her to the hospital.
Christine Cowell says she was left in “excruciating” pain after an incident near her home in Cambridgeshire in the UK.
The 79-year-old said she was screaming for more than 45 minutes when she became trapped in a manhole before a neighbour came to her aid and helped out.
