A pensioner who had vehicles park outside her gate says she has been left feeling “trapped” with cars blocking her way out of her home.
Carol Tabere, 75, a Withington local, said a parking bay meant vehicles would be left inches away from her front gate.
She claims a lack of pavement outside her home meant the cars prevented her from leaving the premises on Hill Street to walk her dog, or go to the shops.
