Penneys is finally coming to Tallaght soon they are hiring for both full time and part time positions.
Last year the fashion retail giant confirmed they were opening a store in The Square and creating 300 new jobs. The new 43,000 sqft store is due to open in autumn this year.
The new outlet will be Penneys' 37th store in Ireland and is part of a €250million investment and redevelopment programme by Primark. The company are recruiting for both full-time and part time positions in the store and are looking for "enthusiastic and driven" individuals. They said the roles will have "various shift patterns".

Successful candidates will be given training on product knowledge, visual merchandising, stock replenishment and customer service. You can find out more about the job here.
Last October, Primark secured planning permission for a new warehousing and distribution facility in Newbridge to serve its stores across Ireland. It will be 550,000 sq. ft and is expected to be completed in early 2024.
The fashion chain also has plans to crack further into the U.S. market and expects to have 60 stores operating there by 2026. Primark currently has 399 stores worldwide but plans to grow this to 530 over the next five years.
