We’re buzzing! You can now save money on makeup as Penneys have just launched a new cosmetic range that many are calling a "Charlotte Tilbury dupe".
We may be paying through the nose on our food shop these days, but at least we can now save a few bob on our makeup. Beauty fans have been hyping up the products, with lipsticks as cheap as €3.
Charlotte Tilbury is one of the world's most popular makeup brands - the products are amazing but they don't come cheap. But now, Penneys have launched affordable lipstick and mascara alternatives.

Beth Wainwright took to TikTok to say: "The new Primark Charlotte Tilbury Dupes are now in store and I managed to pick some bits up - what do we think?"
“I got the Primark new Charlotte Tilbury dupes and can’t believe how similar they look. This is the exact same wand, how have they done this? The packaging is identical wow.”
Beth purchased a set of four lip products called the Handbag Collection lip set that includes a lip oil, lip liner, lipstick and a lip gloss. She also captured her new mascara that has the exact same wand as the original Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk mascara.
The lipstick alone is going for €3 but if you’re looking for the set it’s €8. The mascara retails at €3.50.
The dupes are part of a new beauty range that also features an eyeshadow palette, blush, makeup brushes and other bits.
