Pembrokeshire Street Food Festival line-up - so far
With 25 traders expected to appear, we can exclusively reveal the first ten street food experts in attendance that are guaranteed to make your mouth water.
The Real Ting, offering up authentic Jamaican street food, will be serving up their 'yardie' bowls alongside London based Two Lads Kitchen who specialise in authentic Afghan food from wraps to rice boxes.
Also confirmed are street food veterans and father and son duo Bare Bones Pizza who are regulars at various Street Food Circus events as well as being the chefs behind Poutine Punks, which specialises in the Canadian dish consisting of French fries and cheese curds topped with gravy - but with a difference.
Greek Souvlaki specialists Meating Point will also be making an appearance alongside Smoke & Embers, who'll be returning to the Pembrokeshire festival with its classic barbecue dishes but with a 'modern twist'.
That Street Food Van is another vendor to look forward to. Serving up "100% gluten-free" food, it aims to "Unit[e] carnivores, omnivores, vegetarians and vegans one mouthful of street food at a time."
It describes itself as deliciously messy Mexican street food and serves up things like overloaded nachos, tacos, taquitos, quesadillas and carne con chile.
Chicken wings, loaded fries, sliders and tacos will be just some of what you can expect from Cardiff-based street foodies Ychafi - who will be taking their usual Sticky Fingers-based street food stall - which is most definitely not ych a fi - on the road going west.
As for the stalls providing those with sweet teeth something to tuck into, Nomad Waffles and Churros Hermanos (which is vegan) will be cooking doughy and delicious concoctions all weekend.
To wash all that delicious food down, Fourpure Brewing Co. will be on hand to provide you with refreshing drinks all weekend long.
Keep your eyes peeled for more traders in the run up to the main event.
Not only will you get to indulge in the main event - food - but there will be a whole host of musical performances from bands and acts all weekend.
Pembrokeshire Street Food Festival 2023 will be held from Friday June 16 to Sunday, June 18.
