So much goes down between Fantastic Four's Reed Richards and Doctor Doom in Avengers: Doomsday, Pedro Pascal says he "wouldn't even know where to begin" when asked to tease what's to come.
"There's so much to expect," the actor recently told French publication JeuxActu. "We shot it, but I haven't seen it yet. I can't wait."
It's no real surprise that Pascal's Richards and Doom (played by returning MCU fave Robert Downey Jr.) will come to blows in the upcoming film, given their antagonistic relationship in the comics – and the way The Fantastic Four: First Steps concluded. In the flick's post-credits scene, a hooded Victor von Doom sneaks up on Sue Storm (Vanessa Kirby) and a four-year-old Franklin Richards, which has led some fans to believe that Doom will have kidnapped the youngster in Doomsday and that it'll center on Marvel's First Family trying to get him back from another timeline. Earth-616, perhaps?
Before we see him donning the iconic blue suit again, and rubbing elbows with the likes of Chris Hemsworth, Florence Pugh, and Sebastian Stan, Pascal will reprise his role as Din Djarin in big-screen Star Wars spin-off The Mandalorian and Grogu. The movie follows the titular bounty hunter and his little green pal as they're tasked with rescuing Rotta the Hutt (Jeremy Allen White) and locating an Imperial warlord (Jonny Coyne) by New Republic Colonel Ward (Sigourney Weaver).
Avengers: Doomsday releases on December 18, while The Mandalorian and Grogu hits cinemas on May 22. For more, check out our guide to all the upcoming superhero movies heading our way, or our breakdown on how to watch the Marvel movies in order.
